Replicant is a stand-alone platform designed to be worked as a Knowledge Management System where Organizations get registered with the system, create Leaders for them who will plug-in the business processes of the organizations to the system which will help other users of the organizations to have the information for their use as “Self-Help”. The users will be able to communicate with the leaders to clear their queries. At the same time they will be able to create goals for themselves which will help progress them both at organization level and personal level. All the information will be gathered in the background and will use different algorithms to generate tracking results and other simple and important reports for the users and organizations. So the system will have different features functionality such as Knowledge Generation and Sharing, Problem Solving, Communication with other users, Gamification (Contests, Awards and Leader Boards), Tracking, Reporting and Store.
